Ms.Askew hands down is the best!! I went thru two law firms before meeting her that drained my pockets with there high fees and they never explained anything fully and filed my paperwork wrong which costs more fees and caused my case to get delayed. From the time I found Ms. Askew until the time I got finished she explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything and what was going on and gave me the best advice possible at all times. She is extremely affordable and won’t waste your time or money! She helped me get 50/50 for my daughter in a case I was battling for almost 3 years and finally cane out on top and got everything I wanted thanks to her! At first things didn’t move as fast as I expected and certain motions were favoring the other party but Shamika knows her profession and reassured me to trust the process. Trust the process I did, over a year of hearings and failed negotiations at trial I was granted 100% soul custody of my daughter (just know as a father to be granted full custody this is not easy, and also know that the court would have to be overly convinced that this is in best interests of my daughter). This attorney has been a nightmare. We have court 9/9 I’ve asked to schedule mediation more than once with no response. She took 18 days to send me documents that were already finalized and submitted to the court. When she did send documents she omitted the one I could sign. When I told her both of these seemed convenient she had to tell me about how perfect her personal life is because she is a god fearing woman like that has anything to do with her lack of professionalism. I never said she was my attorney. She still lacks professionalism. And she is threatening me for telling the truth. I have the documents from the court and her emails.
