My brother reached out to this law office because he is in the beginning stages of a divorce and coustody battle. He recently suffered a stroke and communication is often difficult for him. He's reached out to several different lawyers for a consultation (9) to be exact. He was over the moon when he just so happened to stumble across Ms Askew on Google. Upon our first interaction we knew she was the right one for him. She actually took the time out to listen to everything my brother had to say.As he stumbled over alot of his words I attempted to speak for him.Sge respectful ask me to allow him to speak for himself. That meant the world to the both of us. She was extremely patient with him and gave him the opportunity to have his voice heard. She gave him the absolute best truthful advice she had to offer. She was so gracious, polite, patient, and professional. Feel terrible my review is so delayed, because this firm deserves all the praise. After feeling like my questions were not being addressed in a timely manner, and that my concerns were not being heard with my former attorney involving previous accidents I felt it was time to find a new one. Boohoff made my recovery process such a smooth one. My accident was in July 2019. Completed treatment in December 2019, and by March my case was settled. Granted be mindful in MY case I was rejecting initial offers by the other party’s insurance, which is why it took longer. However, in spite of the time it was taking they made sure to keep me apprised the whole way through. They are very big on not making any decisions without your ok to do so. Any time I had to make a decision they presented me with all of my options along with an explanation of what the outcome would be for each option. If you’re reading this and seeing any reviews about people being unhappy with their settlement. Please know an attorney can only do so much. My prior experience as a claims adjuster helped me to understand that there are many factors that go into what is offered, but trust me when I tell you Boohoff will FIGHT to get you what you deserve and make you whole again. This last accident was very traumatizing for me, and I don’t know what I would have done without them. Thank you so much!

After my accident I immediately called the Boohoff Law Firm and I was surprised at the quick response. I received a call back and a representative came to my house to inquire about the physical problems that I was experiencing. They walked me through the process and set up doctors appointments for the pass three plus year. They settled with the insurance company and all that I had to do was sign the closing document.
