I contacted Attorney Gill's office with a very serious and complicated situation with my son and his mother. Mr. Gill contacted me the next day himself and had a long conversation with me for absolutely free. He gave me some amazing advice which has helped me tremendously with many aspects of my situation. He was compassionate, empathetic, and completely understanding even in my very shameful situation with the mother of my child. I unfortunately found out he is out of the jurisdiction of my case due to it being out of state. Even with me divulging the fact that my son is out of state within the first sentence, Attorney Gill still proceeded to speak with me and offer FREE advice to help for a considerable amount of time. I was blown away, my viewpoint of attorneys has shifted today because of our conversation. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for an attorney at least contact this law firm. I highly recommend reaching out to this firm if you do you WILL NOT regret it.

Tom Gill is a great attorney and his staff is awesome. Dayna is so attentive and responsive. Everyone always helped me understand everything and keep everything straight. Definitely worth the money. They've had my back.

I was revisiting my child support on my own. I would never recommend doing it without Jana and Tina‘s help. I have been fighting my ex wife’s lawyer for months. Jana and Tina both stepped in! Within a few week had everything just about settled and ready to go. They were both extremely polite and on top of things. I felt like there’s not much I had to do. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

Handled my divorce, including the military aspects of it, with professionalism and courtesy. I recommend them to any military man or woman in Tampa who is going through this difficult life moment. Tom on my initial intake interview helped me truly clarify the position I was in, and that it was time to take this step. Jana was courteous and professional the entire time. Tina, the paralegal, was superresponsive and helpful, helping me organize all the paperwork. They assist with drafting deeds for Florida as well, in case there's property involved. When all was said and done, I felt at peace with how it wrapped up. The price at the end was very reasonable - had it been an uncontested divorce it would have been much cheaper, but that was due to the choices made by opposing counsel, but even then it was affordable and took at least one burden away.

Its always nice to be able to have professional help when you have any type of legal questions. My divorce was uncontested so not too terrible. When it came to paperwork and getting everything in order I would have pulled out my hair if I had to do it alone. My ex wife and I were able to sit down and get everything done that could be together at the office. Covid was the only major factor, everything was virtual and that was a little tiresome.
