My sincere thanks to Mr. Gill for responding so quickly, personally, and attentively with regards to a dire situation I was in and required immediate legal advice. After requesting a free consultation, Thomas called me the next day to discuss my situation. His advice was very valuable even in the first few minutes we spoke. He advised me of some options and invited me to contact his office further should my legal needs require his services. I thoroughly appreciated his honesty in explaining that I’d only need his paid legal services should certain situations arise. If that does happen I will most certainly be contacting him should that need arise!

My case might have been one of the easier one for them as we pretty much settled everything together. But they did provide excellent advice on some areas a layman would probably never know about. Jana was always quick to respond to any questions I had. They made a tough process, even when amicable, very easy.

Tom and his team successfully represented me in a contested, but quickly-resolved divorce. Prior to selecting Tom, I talked to a few attorneys. I picked him because, from the very first call, he seemed to care and offer solid advice that was beneficial no matter which attorney I selected. He was also frequently and consistently well reviewed by clients and peers alike. Also, his legal experience, knowledge and demeanor made me feel comfortable; which is important in negotiating and working with opposing counsel. He also has a capable staff which benefits the client in managing costs. Dayna (his legal assistant) was always available to answer questions and do much of the needed work. She did an excellent job. During the process, I always felt driven toward resolution, instead of a fight, and this is what was desired. Ultimately, this resulted in a satisfactory outcome that was affordable and expedient. I appreciated this approach, as it takes an attorney with integrity to do business this way. I'm very appreciative of Tom and his team for doing the great job they did. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome.

This one is sharp. I got good news and bad about my legal issue. In one shot. And that was refreshing, even if it involved dunking my, admittedly unrealistic, expectations of what the system “should do” into a vat of ice cold reality. But he toweled everything off by giving me more attainable alternates and telling me how to go about getting the best possible outcomes. I like this guy. In their industry time is money, and I’ve paid a lot just to be sitting in a seat, hearing at the last minute, from an attorney, that what I had been asking for all along was never attainable. This guy doesn’t do that. He helped me with what was in his jurisdiction and told me how to get help for anything that wasn’t.
