I had exceptional service , I was heard and treated with care . Dayna always made time for my calls on her busy schedule. I had a step parent adoption case which was scary and complicated but Dayna and her team made sure I was updated on the case and I clearly understood what the process would be like . I was never put in a uncomfortable position . Communication and professionalism was clear and to the point . I would highly recommend her and her firm . I’m thankful for you’re patience Dayna . 5 stars and 5 hearts for sure !!!

WASTE of time. I rarely have time to make a phone call and to remember all the verbal discussion so I sent email via their contact us form (5/11). They never responded (waited almost a week) so I had to call them (5/16). They said a receptionist normally distribute those inquiries so after I confirmed they offer free consultation, I said I'd wait for email. Dayna sent email on that day, gave me a quote on pricing which was copy and paste of a contract with "you" and "I" all mixed up and didn't make sense at first ("The fee includes preparation of MY documents, ... If YOUR case requires our office ... If MY matter becomes contested..."). Retainer cost also didn't make sense ("A minimum retainer of $XXXX.XX, which is a minimum nonrefundable fee and a cost retainer of $XXX.XX." ... umm what? X was an actual number but that didn't make sense. lol) but since this is my third attorney I'm attempting to hire, I knew where the error was but asked to clarify. After she clarified what it means ("a third parties fee" how did that get typed so wrongly?) I replied and asked for consultation. She never responded since. That was 5/17, I asked again on 5/24 CC'ed Tom's email that was in Dayna's signature, STILL no response. As of this writing (6/14) still no words. After reviewing these google review, I was actually set on hiring them but this? No way. Lack of professionalism plus lack of respect for potential client. I wouldn't expect that to be completely opposite after hiring.

Very thorough and understanding, takes time to explain matter and empathize. Highly recommend for legal representation.

I was referred to the Law Office of Thomas P. Gill, Jr., P.L. by a friend. Jana was my attorney and Tina was the para legal who assisted me with all of my questions. Tina was very attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone looking to have their legal issues resolved in a timely manner at a reasonable price.
