I contacted Attorney Cipriano regarding a case against me by a creditor that was suing me in which I disputed its accuracy. Attorney Cipriano listened to my side and accepted my case right away. He fought for me and won the case just like he said he would. I will always use him to represent me for similar situations. I also highly recommend him to anyone in need. I hired Richard to help me with a credit card case that was from a junk debt buyer, and within one day he had the entire case thrown out. Not only do I not have to pay the junk that buy, the junk that buyer now has to pay Richard his wage. Pretty boss move if I do say so myself. I couldn’t be happier with my selection in a lawyer.

Recently received a summons about being sued for old debt and was nervous since I’ve never been through this before. A letter from Richard’s office came through the mail and I immediately called and explained my situation. He quickly started on my case and within 2 weeks, he was able to get it dismissed. I had a collections agency sue me for $1200. This law firm did an exceptional job with my case. A big thanks to Mr. Cipriano who personally took care of my case with swiftness and at short notice. He was able to not only have the lawsuit dropped by the petitioner, they also had to pay for his lawyer fees and had the collections removed from my credit report.
