Thank you to The Golden Law Group. They were always very attentive, and prompt with replies to all of my concerns. The whole process ran very smooth and just as my team had said it would. No surprises in events or billing. I am very grateful for their help !!!

I contacted Golden Law Group regarding some legal issues. They associate (on hone call) couldn't give me any answers to my query so told me that he would consult with a lawyer and get back to me very soon. After two weeks I contacted them again to let them know I was still waiting - Nothing - NADA - Zero response. When someone calls a lawyer, it's because they have a problem and need help and advice, they are desperate and probably don't know which way to turn. To simply ignore because they don't want your business is both unkind and unprofessional. All they had to to was to call me and tell me that they were not in a position to assist and I could have looked elsewhere. Very disappointing and not what I expected at all. Golden Law Group, you really need to buck up your ideas when it comes to customer service.

Wasn't concerned over anything except where their payment was going to come from. would not recommend and would have gave zero stars if it was possible. Scheduled a consult and didn't even get to speak to the person I was scheduled to. Waste of my time!

Ended up having to terminate the firm from representing us because of poor counsel that cost us thousands during our Chapter 13. The firm doesn't seem to follow your case closely or send notices, etc. to you in a timely manner. The other thing is they never have a dedicated attorney throughout your case, so they lose track of what's going on in your case.

Called Mr. Breton in a panic needed estate plan with all the extras for my sister who was moments away from being put on a ventilator for pneumonia. He responded immediately managing to complete in two hours sign sealed delivered. Thankful for his compassion and prayers for my family and healing for us all.
