Dave and Staff were very professional and were always on top of my case. They were able to help me with my disability case while 18 years later I am still fighting with the Veterans Administration for proper disability compensation. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me. They have been able to take some of the stress in dealing with the numerous disabilities and disorders I deal with on a daily basis, while VA refuse to help with or fights me every step of the way. Don Golden ripped me off to the tune of over $2,000. After meeting with him, he recommended a Chapter 13 bankruptcy for the cost of $1300. A year and a half later, on the afternoon prior to my court hearing, his office called to say the case had been closed because I didn't qualify! He obviously doesn't know bankruptcy law that well. I wasted 1.5 years and payments to my CPA for specialized reports for the case! He then offered to file a chapter 7 for me, but when I called his office to do so, I was told that he no longer handles bankruptcy filings. WTH?!

So it'll cost $995 before they will file the bankruptcy. Then $142 a month for 12 months after they file. Problem #1 they printed the paperwork incorrectly so I had to go back in the next day to sign it again. I have 2 under 2 so dragging my kids out twice for this is a pain. Problem #2 I did the 2nd required class a week after they filed my paperwork and sent it in back in January. I get a letter April 2nd from the court saying I didn't complete the class as required. I resent the certificate to a few people in the firm and was told it would be handled. Problem #3 Now 2 weeks later I'm told the certificate still isn't filed and my case may be dismissed. I will update upon further outcome. Update: They did get my paperwork submitted on time and the case was completed. Still not sure why I have to continue to pay the $142 a month. I think i was suppose to get a credit building membership or something, but I'm sure I'll figure it out on my own.

Great job***I chose them over a free service offered by my employer and they were well worth it. I do not believe a favorable settlement would not have been possible without their assistance

May be a good law office but, if any one need help with credit card consolidation, don’t do it, it take them 10 month to pay only one credit card and they were charge me 600 +month, anyone could do what they do, please people don’t don’t waste your money, for something not going to happen, your credit history will get bad more then it is!! I learned it in hard way..

Worst experience I have ever had, I would never recommend this place as long as Caitlin Vincent works there, she was not concerned about Case and her nails were dirty on top of that. I never met with Donald Golden and his video makes it seem like a good experience but his staff is hum drum and not at all what it makes it seem.. Zero stars
