Was a great first consultation loved presentation and seemed as if he really cared. Went back to confirm prices and was ready to pay more for his services then other lawfirms because of his first impression, however felt he obviously was having a bad day on my follow up which people are allowed but didn't appreciate the attitude I was given and thank god I experienced this before retaining or giving them my money.

Tried contacting them via the flashing chat portal on their website, really just to find out when would be a good time to schedule a consultation visit. If I hand't known better I would have thought I was chatting with a used car salesman. So I decided to look elsewhere.

Donald Golden and associates did a fantastic job with my chapter 7 discharge. After the discharge, the trustee took control of the closing, and I felt like I never knew what was happening except by the trustee. I would have desired that I would have been given more information at the beginning of the process of the case. I felt like everything was not explained properly throughout the case. Make sure you ask questions about your case so you will know everything that is going to happen. Please, ask questions to one of the attorneys. I will say more about this post later.
