I am writing on behalf of K. Hanna, in my position as her caretaker. From the initial visit when David visited Kim at the house (she was incapacitated) , through and including our appearance at the SS hearing, the assistance provided by David and his incredible staff has turned an unpleasant experience into a learning and tolerable one. David was a source of calmness to Kim and myself as we found ourselves wading in unknown waters. His professional demeanor at the hearing; the fact that he had all documents marked and ready for the Judge was most impressive. We would especially like to call attention to the professionalism, understanding, promptness in response, explanations and personal attention provided by Jessica Moyer, Executive Administrator. There were times when even though Jessica was buried in work, she still took the time to quickly respond to my queries. I went to see Mr. Bromley after being denied disability two times. It took almost three years and a court date but Mr. Bromley got me my full disability benefits. Through the whole process I was kept in contact with and felt comfortable calling if I had questions. Jessica, Mr. Bromley's assistant, is the absolute best! From the beginning to the end of my SSD case, I was always kept in the loop about what was going on. They did all the leg work, I only had to look over and sign paperwork.
