Jeff took the time from his already busy schedule to meet with me, unscheduled and unplanned. He did not rush talking to me, and spent the time needed to ensure I understood everything. Furthermore, he also provided supplementary consultation beyond my expectation (and no sales pitch). He was very professional, knowledgeable, knew what he was talking about, and honest and sincere in his delivery. He made me feel relaxed in the first 20 seconds, and it was all good from that point. Lastly, I thought he puts his all into providing excellent service for his clients and cares about their well-being.
