In November of 2019 at just after 6am, I was involved in a “T-bone” collision on my way to work at the hospital. It was still dark, and the fog was as heavy as Ive ever seen it. When a truck crossed my path from a side street without stopping, I truly don’t think the driver even realized her road had ended.
