Had a credit from a previous issue they assisted me with and when I called to set up a trust appointment they couldn’t find the credit because they had a new system so I was out the monies. They were very unorganized with my appointment didn’t have anything ready. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment If I owed them money I am sure they would put me in collections if I didn’t pay

Received a letter from them
In representation to a client who has been doing Fraud at Our HOA & the letter has a lot of falsified information on it. I will be doing a counter law suit for the defamation on the letter

Failed to properly do a power of attorney TWICE. First time they didn't know the law was changed to need a different wording, second time they didn't make sure it was signed as needed. Now phone calls aren't being returned. Took the money though.
