Mr. Carver is a peoples Attorney! He fights tirelessly for your rights, He is aggressive but ethical and honest at the same time. I trusted him with my life having no doubts or worries. He at all times had my best interest as his first priority. I will gladly continue to recommend him to my closest family and friends and in the unfortunate event I find myself in need of representation again in the future there is no question the first person I will call is Chris Carver!

I hired this attorney in June of 2009 to defend me in a felony/misdemeanor case. When I met with him he said that it would most likely be thrown out or at worse case have to accept a year of probation on a misd. Charge of violation of injunction. He took my money and from that day forth he was impossible to contact and rarely returned calls. He told me that he had made several calls to the State Attorney but that he had not returned his calls. During the months leading up to the trial or plea deal, I was violated on a technical violation. There is no bond on a violation of injunction so I sat in jail for 3 months. Mr. Carver disappeared and never contacted me again. He never visited me in jail, or called. My Mother was taking care of my affairs. She hired two more attorneys to represent me. Neither could retrieve discovery from Mr. Carver because he refused to respond to their requests. A few months later he said he needed $400 to turn over discover. He was paid and still didn’t turn it over. That evidence would have thrown my case out. Instead I spent 3 months in jail, lost my job, my 3 kids suffered without me, I had to accept 4 years probation numerous fines and other programs. On top of that he sued me for the remaining balance on his retainer which I firmly believe I did not owe him. The judge ruled in his favor. Oh BTW the same judge that ruled in my criminal case ruled in the small claims. He would not recues himself per my requested motion. Mr. Carver continues to contact me with harassing emails and just sent me a horrible threatening email full of verbal insults. ALL THE ABOVE IS FACT AND CAN BE SUBSTANTIATED IN WRITING BY ATTORNEYS. NONE OF THE ABOVE IS HEAR SAY. I HAVE RECENTLY SENT A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO THE FLORIDA BAR AND I AM DISCUSSING A MAL-PRACTICE LAWSUIT WITH A PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY. DO NOT HIRE HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
