It's amazing that Google will post my name my pictures and my profile prior to me posting a comment on this site. Makes you wonder if there's an intimidation Factor here. First let me say that I've called this office numerous times to have Terry Roberts to see my brother in the detention center prior to the arraignment today. It did not happen nor did he return my phone calls. The court was a Farst due to the lack of information given to the judge. Now we have to wait till July 16th until any information is presented to the court. This is unacceptable and not supporting the public..

Been calling for a week strait. No one picks up and there's no messaging service. Unreal.

Honestly; as it turns out, I don't believe that I am the proper community guide to be answering this one,as my experience has not been a pleasant one.😕😔 In some cases, the 🛞 wheels of ⚖️ justice🧑‍⚖️ turn mighty slowly!!! Though to be fair of mind as I have always been, The public defender's are swamped with an overload of clients to defend , plan & prepare Life Altering defences for.. And let's be truthful; their clients are not the happiest people when first they meet.,which doesn't make their jobs any easier!! I have a family member, who currently,as of today... Just received their paperwork informing them who their public defender would be to defend them in their recent arrest, of 2 months & 2 days ago...hopefully it won't take them much longer to find the evidence the locals already possess that would Exonerate them & have them back home soon, which could have been accomplished weeks ago, if it were easier to sharpen those scissors and cut through all of that red tape that takes so long for our legal teams on both side of the podium, to slice through in order to achieve the victory & verdict, of "Not Guilty!", For the innocent victims, such as my family member, who currently resideds at The Sumter Co. Detention Center until they deservingly receive that Not Guilty Verdict that will once again serve up a round of American Justice,and set them Free!!🧑‍⚖️⚖️☺️😁🗝️ And hopefully shed some light on the real perpatrators that cleverly distracted & mislead our locals, which gives them the opportunity to lay blame & point ☝️ that finger & create false evidence on the wrong, innocent victims!! It gives our Public Defender's & The Prosecutors as well, quite an up hill climb 🪜 & battle to endure on behave of the innocent victims of our Sumter Co. Court Rooms ...The hardest task of them all faces our Honorable Judges , as they must deliberate all evidence & circumstances presented to them throughout this battle to enable them to reach the proper determination & Judgement deserved by & Rendered to the Truly Innocent & the decievenly Guilty parties that continues to preserve our Slow turning 🛞 wheels of Justice & our Honorable Sumter Co. Judicial System !! Of which, I still believe in!!! May you find the evidence that will vindicate my family member & allow that person to come back home where they are immensely missed & desperately needed each moment & hour that they have been kept away from us, their Loved ones & family.. Thankyou so much for Listening to me carry on so, regarding this subject matter that is so close to my ❤️ heart & means so much to me & The American Way of Life I've been taught & Love & will fight and defend my whole life through!!! As it turns out, I suppose us community guides are just regular people too!! Thankyou again & may YOU always recieve the verdict that you so honestly deserve !! ridiculous isnt the word for the treatment you will receive if you are ever unlucky enough to need this office to defend you, you might as well get ready for prison.they do as they are told by the state have it in writing from one of them!
