“Then when it came time to transfer the deed for the out-of-state house, they charged me another $560 for necessary documents that should have been included in the original probate which I had already paid.”

Inconsistent recommendations from attorneys
“Alvarez stated if i had gone with the 'Formal' i wouldn't have incurred these additional fees.......then why didn't he say so in the beginning? He responded to my question by telling me he recommended the 'Formal' which is not true---if so, why would I have not followed the 'expert' recommendation?”
