I am completely satisfied with Mr. Burke, Dina and the rest of the office. I have never worked with a better law firm even when I worked as a Paralegal in other law offices. Mr. Burke and Dina the Paralegal accepted my case with my background past history reports and medical records obtained for enlarging benefit of greater chance of winning approval of being reinstate benefits tranfered carried from another state followed. I was pleased with the experience and the accuracy during the 2020-2021 Covid-19 Pandemic season things were able to perform so superior with my case getting reaccepted with my case, I know was in the right law setting with the right council of officers that had knowlege to repair my case so my benefits were not relinquished. I just received official notification from Social Security that my disability claim was approved and it's due to Bill Berke and his legal assistants Dina Fanora and Melissa Burns. Dina was my initial point of contact with the firm and she kept me updated on any developments regarding my case. Professional, personable and immediately responded to all e-mails & calls. Melissa contacted me two days before my telephonic hearing for additional details for Mr. Berke. I immediately noted that she was intimately familiar with my medical & military records and this put me at ease. Bill Berke is one tough lawyer! He is capable and smart and knows the law and the workman's comp system well. When I spoke to him on the phone, I realized that I would not want to face him in court and that he would prove a formidable attorney for me against the insurance company that was taking advantage of me. And I was right. He got my workman's comp benefits reinstated after they were wrongfully terminated by the insurance company. He even got me more money for my mileage because the insurance company had been cheating me in regard to that too. Mr. Berke provided me with competent and wise legal advice throughout the workman's comp litigation process and at the end of it, he was able to get me a great settlement. None of that would have happened without Mr. Berke and his wonderful staff who are also thorough, competent and tough.
