I called Mr. Berke's office regarding a disability claim. My first encounter when I called Mr. Berke's office was with Melissa Burns, Legal Assistant. She was very calming and reassuring, she walked me through exactly what would happen. She was always quick to respond to any of my questions via email. Next I was dealing with Dina Finora, Legal Assistant who also was very helpful and a pleasure to interact with. My Disability case went all the way to a hearing which I was aware would probably be the case. I spoke with Mr. Berke on the phone but did not meet him until hearing day. He was professional, made me feel at ease and presented my case with efficiency and competence. My decision was fully favorable. What more could one ask for. Highly recommend this firm.

So what did I do, I hired them, and couldn’t have been more confident with Bill Berke and his staff. Melissa Burns, legal assistant was assigned to me. She was absolutely wonderful and guided me through every step. Did it take awhile to get approved, absolutely. Bill and Mellissa fought for me and my rights and were able to get me full disability before going to a court hearing. When you walk into there office, you are greeted as a client, and if Bill is there, he will personally come and shake your hand. I highly recommend this firm if you are searching for an attorney that will fight for your rights. Oh and can’t forget Dina as well, which is Melissa’s assistant for doing a fantastic job as well.
