Well I don’t know where to start. Seemed like I did most of the work kept having to remind them that 100% disabled vets are suppose to be “fast tracked” and anytime I brought that up they had this oh really type response. Anyways lost the case and they didn’t want to go any further so now we will see how my new lawyers office handles this.
