Harley was able to reduce my charges to a reckless driving. He is compassionate and very good at negotiating! I would highly recommend Mr. Brooks if you are having some doubts on the current charges you are facing. Harley will work hard and not settle for less than his client deserves. I had an Ex-Girlfriend who had filed for an injunction (restraining order) for "stalking". I had a clean record and wanted it to stay that way. It seemed like a fairly frivolous case, but I didn't want to take any chances, so I hired an attorney from Musca Law. Harley was assigned to my case, and I couldn't have asked for better. He is very personable, comforting, and knowledgeable. I was a bundle of nerves for a week and a half leading up to the case. I received my first dui a few months back. I have never been in trouble with the law, so I wasn't sure where to turn. I googled dui lawyers in Naples and came across Musca Law.
