You know you are in the good hands when every one of your emails, calls, questions are returned and answered in a very detailed, professional manner. The consultation with Mr. Toll was very helpful, he was professional and explained everything very clear.

Matt and his team were on every aspect of my case and always willing to hear my take on things and incorporate in a manor consistent to their filling. His team's communications with me were both fast and accurate with a level of "Lawyering" that impressed me given i have an above average understanding given my advanced degrees. The two negative reviews in no way reflect my experience and in fact, are polar opposite and i question if they were even clients.

They take your case and your money and then just sit on it for months and do nothing! If you call weekly for an update they just get mad and give you some BS excuse as to why things didn't get done. Horrible service, they never call you back and the staff is just absolutely rude! I have never dealt with such unprofessional people! Find another firm if you want your case resolved..." Not an aggressive litigator. He is a settler without concern for his own clients. He will not represent YOU!

Divorce is a difficult time in anyone's life and Matt made the process a little less painful. His calm demeanor and confidence were contagious. I started to believe from meeting one that Matt and I were a team that not only could do this but triumph. He was informative, honest, and replied to me quickly whenever I had a question. Fair billing, knows the law and the environment in which he practices, and most of all a great listener. My outcome was very favorable and I have him to thank for that.

I've used attorneys over a dozen times over the past several decades for both personal and business issues. Matt's performance was superior to all. He is smart and knowledgeable. His counsel is valuable on what to do, how and when how to do it. He is very aggressive. On several issues, he crushed the opponents tactics. I would not like to face him on the other side. He's far faster than any attorney I've ever worked with. He produced court documents nearly immediately when timing was essential. This is of course vital to the case progress, but also results in lower fees. His charges are fair, less than other attorneys who seem to take (charge) too much time to handle client communications and communications with opposing counsel. I commented once that the time spent by one of his staff on an issue was not very productive in producing results. I wasn't complaining about the charge, sometimes things don't work out as planned. Matt removed the time charged from the bill because the time spent didn't produce the results he expected. Matt, and his staff, are an outstanding team.

Attorney Toll is extremely intelligent, competent and fearless. He truly can handle anything. I would not trust my legal issues to anyone else. He actually cares about your problems and will take your call after normal business hours or even on a weekend. His staff is friendly and helpful. I give Attorney Toll and his firm an A+!

Matthew Toll is hands down the best attorney in town. He's on top of his game at all times. His staff is very attentive and everyone is on the same page.
