First time retaining Martin and Martin Law Firm and Mr. Bierfeld specifically as my attorney for my case. I was completely pleased with Mr. Bierfeld's expertise and knowledge of the subject at hand and he and his Legal Assistant and entire office staff were fantastic. I was guided thru the maze of legal requirements, rule, regulations, protocols for my case which resulted in a favorable conclusion for myself. This attorney is above board, thorough, compassionate, knowledge and I believe that I have found a family attorney and the firm to handle any future legal items, e.g., wills, powers of attorney, etc that I may require in the future.....Great job...Great firm.....

Jonathan was professional and efficient. He took on my bankruptcy case, that I had started with another attorney. He answered all my questions and phone calls. His assistant was also there to help with my inquiries. I had my bankruptcy discharged within 6 months. The Martin Law Firm was affordable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

During my first meet with Mr. Bierfeld he carefully explained lawsuit variations, costs and always available by phone or personal visit during the Bankruptcy proceedings making the process less stressful. His legal assistant Erica Decant also went out of her way to assist me during the preparation process. I consider the Cape Coral office first class.

Mr. Bierfeld was a true help to us in regards to our bankruptcy. He helped us with some changes we needed to do to our chapter 13. This attorney was on top of our case and was alwasy there to take your call...he would even call me after business hours to make sure my questions were answered. First, The staff at the Martin Law Firm was very responsive to my many questions and if they did not know the answer they secured the information on a timely basis. Claudia and Jesse in particular were excellent to work with. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about the law and process. I would only ask that he slow down and explain the process as we go through something that the general public would know little about. He is a very good lawyer and one that I would recommend. I am sure that his case load is heavy and my comments are meant to be constructive. Clear, concise explanations are necessary for a client who is confused and fearful of the legal process. I have hired Martin Law Firm for two different cases and Jonathan Bierfeld filed and worked on one of them.
