Ms.Neilson was not only efficient and extremely knowledgeable, but also very considerate with our questions and concerns. She walked us through the estate planing process as it relates to Florida laws and fully explained each step of the process to ensure that our wishes were being followed. Gail kept all the meetings well organized from initial meeting to the final signings. Couldn’t be happier with the final product.

I wanted to have some changes made to my will and I texted my attorney in Indiana. I advise them that I had moved to Florida, and he advised me to talk to an attorney here immediately because Florida law is significantly different regarding wills and trusts. So I checked around and found Nielsen law. Just warning you if you want this attorney to do work for you, you better call and make an appointment as soon as you can. She is excellent and created a revocable trust for me. I believe that her pricing is reasonable and I can assure you that she is exceptionally thorough. Her administrative assistant, Gail, is exceptionally organized, cordial and most of all helpful. If you select Nielsen law you will be exceptionally happy with the result regardless of what your needs are.

I contacted Jennifer Neilson to learn what would be required to transfer the deed for a property in FL that was owned by my mother-in-law in VA who passed away, and she explained the process and documents that would be required. After the estate was settled in VA, I contacted Jennifer again, and she executed the process for probate in FL and the transfer of ownership of the property in FL. Jennifer was efficient, answered all my questions / concerns throughout the process, and I thought her fee was fair and reasonable for the work performed.
