Mr. Youngner’s services are exceedingly professional, expert and effective. My case involved delicate interaction with local and higher Headquarters military authorities and necessitated an insightful and experienced understanding of U.S.Code and Military Law and the nuanced application of each. In all, Mr. Youngner's level of expertise and communication skills were direct, insightful and complete, enabling optimum case resolution. I simply cannot compliment Mr. Youngner enough for all his truly exceptional work, completed on my behalf, including responding to an urgent legal matter during his personal time off. In my opinion, Mr. Youngner is a very sharp attorney and advocate. He communicates clearly (and is available). After reviewing my case, Mr. Youngner found more than two additional points of noncompliance by the offending department in my appeal for correction. Mr. Youngner and his team kept me informed of the status of my case at regular intervals. He sets reasonable expectations and meets them. Mr. Larry D. Youngner successfully represented me in responding to a Statement of Reasons by the DoD Consolidated Adjudications Facility (CAF), in defense of my TS/SCI security clearance. This was my first experience with a lawyer - I never needed one before. I hired Larry to assist me with a security clearance issue that cropped up as I was retiring from almost 30 years in the military and followed me into civilian life. During our consult, Larry asked clear, concise questions and rapidly developed a plan. If you are one of the thousands of Veterans that cannot get a copy of your military medical records that are necessary to win your VA C&P and SSDI claims I would highly recommend speaking to Mr. Younger. He was able to force the Air Force to allow the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC) to release hundreds of pages of my military records that my Senators, Congressmen, Service Officers, VA Regional Office, and I were unable to get for over 40 years. I needlessly spent decades sick, homeless, and hungry, despite repeatedly winning the medical side of the Veterans Affairs (VA) Compensation & Pension (C&P) Exams. However, I lost the VA C&P, and Social Security Disability claims because there were virtually NO Air Force medical records in my VA C-file or SSD file. Thank you Mr. Younger for all of your help.

We am very thankful for our attorney Mr. Larry Youngner. We hired him for our son that was falsely accused but found guilty at his original Court Marshal that he had a military JAG. Mr. Youngner filed appeals and won each and every one of them. After we won the appeals the military chose to have a second and last Court Marshal, because Mr. Youngner knew the case and did a great job with the appeals we hired him to handle the Court Marshal. He works very hard to prepare for his cases, he filed many motions for our case which most of them we won. He had many witnesses testify, he insisted on the military getting the professional people needed for our case. He fought very hard from the beginning to the end to assure he did everything he possibly could do. We did win our Court Marshal. We would hire Mr. Youngner again if the need arose.
