I hired Justin as my Lawyer and unfortunately I was not helped at all. I had a warrant (from a technical violation... lack of payment to the state) in Florida and I was living in Michigan at the time. He filed a motion to the judge to have her look at my case because I had all of my sanctions completed and it was denied. I was expected to fly back to Florida, and possibly face jail time for lack of payment. A new judge was assigned to my case and I asked him to file another motion, this time to the new judge. He told me that this was "unethical" and called judge shopping. That was the last I heard from him. I actually ended up calling the probation office, and a PROBATION OFFICER filed a motion for me, and I was cleared of my warrant. He did this for FREE. I ended up paying around 1000 for Justin to file one motion. I would like my money back, but I know that won't happen. Id just like it to be known so no one else has this happen to them.
