“I was told over the phone a cost for a probate was 750.00, for services I advise that the estate had less than 1000.00 dollar but needed to close the accounts on behalf of my father, now they are billing me for 600 dollars more for filing one piece of additional paperwork they they admitted was not even needed.”

“It has been a complete nightmare working with this law firm. They have repeatedly doubled back and asked the same questions that I've already answered in writing on several occasions, but of course they are billing the whole time. The probate process that I hired them to complete took over a 14 months (it's still going on so, maybe longer) rather than the 3 months I was originally told it would take.”
