Eneid Bano was my attorney when he was working pro bono cases for the Harbor House out of the Orlando court house. He mishandled my evidence and my case so badly, even the Harbor House representative walked out of the court room when we finally had my case heard, after he allowed them to continue the case so many times I lost count.. He would continuously try to balance multiple clients and would mistake my situation for his other clients. Maybe he has gotten better in his practice since then. Although, my experience was so terrible I would never refer him to anyone. Response: Yes you were hired for 1 mediation session for the paternity case, in which you were paid in full. Nothing was resolved, after 2 failed attempts of using your services, I never contacted you again. I have never once received a bill from you, so that is incorrect.

Got a speeding ticket and was able to get the case dismissed. Mr. Bano explained to me all the possible options and their respective outcomes in a clear and concise manner wasting little time. Overall am very pleased with my experience.

To put it in simple terms, Mr. Bano saved me 5 years of my life. The prosecution wanted blood and Mr. Bano handled my case swift and effectively. I would certainly recommend to anyone in the Orlando area who may be in the position of looking for an outstanding, reliable and honest lawyer. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be where I am today. My previous lawyer before Mr. Bano said there was nothing I could do to stay out of jail for a felony bar fight. 5 years in jail minimum. I payed Mr. Bano a retainer and within a week I was receiving more positive news and a hell of alot better outlook on my situation. He treated me like family and got right to work. Alot of lawyers beat around the bush and use fancy words to get you to hire them.
