We were clients of this lawyer and felt he provided poor legal representation to us. In our opinion he botched our case by failing to prepare an adequate defense, suggested we file for a protection order then refused to be present to represent us. He would not allow our witnesses to provide depositions creating undue hardships on them and when threatened by an ethics complaint by opposing counsel, just quit our case. We had to spend tens of thousands more on our case bringing another lawyer up to speed and were left with the cleanup work from his ineptitude.
