I was very fortunate to receive a referral to Atty. Ralph Dyer for contract paperwork related to the sale of my ownership in 4 separate corporations to my partners. I required this done within a 2 week span from when I first contacted him. It required him to review the documents that were prepared during the last internal transaction and modify them for my special circumstances where appraisals and financials were waived. He was extremely professional and a delight to work with from my very first conversation with him. He responded to emails and texts within minutes and returned edits overnight. I was astounded at the speed of the turnaround and the level of detail he invested in my documents. I was able to meet my closing deadline despite the short notice. I would highly recommend him for all contract matters.

Absolute crooks and liars. Run far far away from this firm.

My family and I were in the area and are currently looking for an attorney that can help us within the family law area. Since we live in Celebration, it would be convenient to do business with this firm. We walked in to their practice to get additional information as we were at a nearby Drs office. The receptionist was kind and was confirming if they would be able to assist with what we needed. As we walked into the lobby their paralegal (who works with Jim) came out of the office and said "What do you want?" with a terrible attitude. She was extremely rude and just told us to call and make an appointment, went back to her office, said sorry to the person that she was on the phone with and closed her door. We left in complete shock and disgust. This is not a law firm I would like to do business with if that is how you treat potential clients. There are additional law firms in Celebration that we do not need to be treated poorly just because we walked in.
