It’s hard to put into words how thankful I am for Nick Chotos and his staff. Our case was a unique situation involving minors, one being my son the accused. Nick Chotos has guided us through every step the past 2 years, all the way up to todays trial. Nick did an amazing job giving his arguments and statements in the court room against state prosecutors. Mr Hanlon took my case when a lot of attorneys wouldn't. Other attorneys were only concerned how much I could pay.Mr Hanlon was very reasonable and professional. I had 8 charges ,4 felonies..I'd never been in trouble in my life.The arresting officer that day was way out of line .Nick chotos my attorney got all charges dropped..I never had to show up in court. Being an attorney myself, I never expected to be caught up in the criminal system. However, due to overzealous law enforcement I found myself charged with a crime I didn’t commit. My daughter was charged with an unjust DUI. Mr. Hanlon was able to successfully get the charge reduced to a minor traffic offense.
