This Lawfirm was a waste of crucial time and money! Our legal issues only worsened and have been VERY difficult paying more experienced firms to resolve due to their errors! We wish they were honest and referred us for a more educated & experienced lawyer. Now our situation has become a seriously bad situation directly from the mistakes caused by this person! This is anonymous from fear of erratic people’s retribution by their history!

I had made a free appointment for a legal consultation in the past and met with John McGuire who gave me his honest opinion that I didn’t need a lawyer at that time. He didn’t ask for any payment for that appointment which I really appreciated since I was hesitant at first thinking I would have to pay if I saw a lawyer. I remembered the law office when I got in a bad car accident in 2019 and made another appointment. I had so many medical bills and all these adjusters were calling me asking for statements but John McGuire helped me feel relieved right away. His paralegal, Mindy, kept me updated on my case and seemed to really be on top of my case. Not only did I end up getting a nice settlement but Mindy also negotiated my medical bills so I got even more money in the end. I didn’t even know you can negotiate medical bills like that! I Would definitely recommend anyone who has legal questions or issues to go to McGuire Law Offices!

I hired John McGuire when I was injured in a car accident in 2017. He worked diligently on my case and negotiated a very fair settlement which helped cover my medical bills and lost wages. I like how I was actually able to meet with him instead of never seeing his face and only dealing with the office staff. He is extremely personable and humble. Overall he is a wonderful aggressive attorney who cares about his clients.

We were extremely disappointed after hiring this lawfirm with our case being misfiled. We were mislead about credentials and their expertise on a complex issue which required Legally experienced counsel to clarify correctly. It was a huge waste of time and money we hired replacement attorneys to rectify. Don't take a chance on someone who seems to have expertise at all! Now we see he's suing local law enforcement agencies AGAIN under circumstances he advised us against. It will all be brought out into the Public realm and we hope he's penalized for it now.

I retained Attorney McGuire in November of 2017 when I had been erroneously charged with a felony. McGuire assured me that he was expert at and has a great reputation in criminal defense. After several weeks it was clear to me that McGuire was not a criminal defense attorney. I terminated our business relationship and retained alternate representation. I've been found not guilty in a jury trial. McGuire was trying to coerce me into making a deal with the prosecutors office during the weeks he was my attorney. I am glad that I hired alternate representation. I am still working to obtain a refund on the $10k retainer McGuire charged me for criminal defense representation that he was unable to provide on my case.

Mr. John McGuire is a Wonderful attorney who has the rare combination of great knowledge, persistence and a charismatic personality. John,treats you like a friend and genuinely cares about his clients. One of the most impressive skills he has other then the knowledge of the Court System and Florida Laws, is his ability to communicate, he's always there when you need to talk no matter what time it is(he always told me he was a phone call away). It was a privilege to work with him and I can't say enough about him. Hire him, you won't regret it! And You will WIN !!

I used John's firm when my wife had made a false arrest on me for domestic violence and there is nothing worse than being labeled a wife beater and again for my divorce from same wife and was worried that it would be an ugly battle but that was not the case at all not only did he get my DV charges dropped my divorce was as easy as meeting the Judge in chambers and requesting a divorce from this woman. Very neat and clean and I got to keep my house! Love John McGuire and recomended his firm at least 50 times. I am gonna use him again in a family estate situation this month.
