Jeremy Simon is a class act. What a true gentleman and amazing attorney! I was referred to Mr. Simon by a colleague of his and mutual friend of ours. I was in a state of fear, worry & doubt when I initially called Jeremy's office. His assistant answered, super friendly and professional, and we played phone tag for a day or two due to conflicting schedules. I felt so comfortable after speaking to Jeremy on the phone for less than 5 minutes. I could feel the passion in his voice that he truly enjoys what he does and is AMAZING at his job! We spoke for about 18 minutes and he gave me the best advice money could buy - except he didn't even charge me!! He explained his fees and told me if I needed him, he would be there for me, but his honesty really blew me away! He instructed me what to do and sure enough when I went to court, representing myself for a misdemeanor, the DA looked at me and asked where my lawyer was or if I wanted a public defender. I smiled and confidently said, "I'm innocent. I would like to take care of this matter today and not waste any of the court's time." Fast forward 5 minutes later - charge dropped! Maybe I got lucky...but we create our own luck. Jeremy helped me gain confidence and reassured me he was in my corner if my first court date didn't go as planned. Well, my first court date was also my last, and it went better than planned! I truly cannot thank Mr. Simon enough - I even offered him money after court when I followed up with him, and he told me verbatim, "It is my pleasure to be of service to others, it's not always about the money. I am so glad everything worked out favorable." If I ever need a lawyer, I know who I am calling. *** 11 out of 10 stars, 3 thumbs up, and 8 out of 5 stars!!! *** THANK YOU JEREMY !!! I received a Careless Driving citation after I was hit by a speeding vehicle while making a turn. The citation escalated into a Mandatory Hearing due to the severity of injuries from the accident. The paperwork sent by the court provided no information regarding the severe penalties I faced if found guilty. I made a call to Jeremy Simon’s office and left a voicemail late in the day and within the hour Jeremy had returned my call, had researched my citation information in the public records and provided me with a summary of the points and fines that I was facing and how he would help me through this case. I was able to meet with him the next day for a face to face consultation and from that moment on I knew that I was in good hands. Jeremy explained everything in detail regarding how he would handle my case. I hired him for what I consider a very modest fee. Jeremy, along with his colleagues, obtained witness information ahead of the hearing that gave us confidence that the citation could be reduced or possibly dismissed. The day of the hearing, it was amazing to see Jeremy work his way around the courtroom preparing for the hearing. He was able to get me an option to plea to a lesser citation, but by that time I was confident that he would win the case for me so I decided to have a hearing. I was nervous when the judge read to me all of penalties I was facing if found guilty. I was also nervous because I was expecting to testify after the other witnesses were questioned, but Jeremy made a motion when the witnesses were done and the Judge said JOA and it was over. At first, I didn’t know what happened, but Jeremy came over to me and said JOA means judgement of acquittal and we had won. No points, no fine, no loss of license. I didn’t even have to testify. Looking back, I probably didn’t even need to be there because Jeremy did all the work for me. I will recommend Jeremy to any of my friends and colleagues and to anyone who reads this review. Having Jeremy on my side made all the difference to my well being as I went through this process. Thank you Jeremy for all that you did for me.

GREAT ATTORNEY AND VERY UNDERSTANDING ANYONE WOULD BE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM ON THERE SIDE

I contacted Jeremy regarding a moving violation that I received. He picked up my call immediately and was more than willing to provide a brief consultation on my issue and as to whether or not he could assist. He laid out his pricing and was very transparent. I hired Jeremy and ultimately met him at the date of my trial. We met about 20 minutes beforehand and he was fully prepared to go to battle. Long story, short: I ended up taking the judge's offer to just pay the ticket fine without points as the police officer had a vendetta against me due to some choice words I told him at the time. Jeremy was very clear in the consequences of my "attitude" and based on his comments, I made the determination to change my plea to "no contest" and just get rid of the violation. I would NOT have been able to negotiate those terms without Jeremy's involvement in court. I would instantly give Jeremy a call for any other legal issues and recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney. An absolute joy to work with through-and-through. He was on my team.

Mr. Simon was the perfect answer to my situation. I was traveling for business, driving down the highway on a conference call and not paying any attention to my speed whatsoever; FHP pulled me over and proceeded to make my inattention to my speed very costly in many ways. The money will come and go, what was going to hurt me was the points and time to go to court. My job depends on my ability to drive and while I don't have any other points, any points at all are grounds for termination (I'm the sole source of income for our family). The 2nd pain point was going to be the time to go to court. I travel the southeast for business; going to court when there already aren't enough days in the week to get things done was going to be difficult at best. Mr. Simon took the case and with very little involvement from me at all, appeared before the court on my behalf, got the points dropped (not reduced but dropped) and my fine was just the cost of the ticket; he then had the court agree to give me 3 months to pay! In a day and age when hiring somebody can be difficult (anyone can tell you what you want to hear); Mr. Simon and his firm took a look at my situation and put together the perfect plan to remedy my issues and did exactly what they said they would do for me. This isn't my first time hiring counsel however this is the first time I'm completely satisfied with the service I've been provided by the team representing me.

First off, if you have been scouring other lawyer websites like I had, STOP!! YOU HAVE FOUND THE RIGHT LAWYER!!! Someone who will be honest with you and actually LISTEN to you prior to going over fees!! I had a very frustrating situation where I was facing felony charges for a crime that I did not commit. It was hard for me to find a lawyer that would give me the time of day, much less talk to me without collecting all of these upfront fees. Jeremy not only spoke with me about the case prior to taking it and me having to come out of pocket, but the end result was he made sure that ALL CHARGES WERE DROPPED in this case!! He was with me from start to finish and always stayed very proactive and supportive. His staff at the office is awesome and the other lawyers at his firm are always very professional and courteous. We don't ever want to run into a situation where you have to call a lawyer, BUT, if you find yourself in a situation where you need to reach out to one who is extremely fairly priced and will get the job done contact Jeremy! It is scary when you have your first "run in with the law", and having someone experienced and knowledgeable is what will make the difference. I will send all of my friends and family to him if they ever find themselves in a situation where they need legal counsel, as well as, rehire him if a situation would arise in the future!!
