I have worked with Jeanie and McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A. on many transactions over the past year. Jeanie has handled buy-side and sell-side real estate closings on behalf of the company I work for. I couldn’t be more pleased with her professionalism and process. Read your contact thoroughly. If it's not in the contract, and they promise it to you -- it won't happen. The legal aide shook me down for upfront payment, so Ms. Sullivan could demand payment for a breach of contract/property theft exceeding $50k in value. After 5 months of doing nothing, she used my existing research to tell me what I already knew -- someone else had my property. Then she told me since the accused didn't respond, she's just going to drop me. Apparently lawyers with parents who are lawyers escape any level of moral accountability. Caveat emptor, victims. They'll just re-traumatize you.

The attorneys at this firm are knowledgeable, honest and professional. The Paralegals are friendly, helpful and very responsive and follow up with related correspondence. I have used this firm for many years for various legal needs and consultation working with Mr. Sullivan for personal, legal and employment related matters and Mr. Lyons for estate planning, both with positive outcomes while showing concern for their client.
