I live in NY and my son was in jail in Florida. I had no idea who to hire . My friend recommended Phil Dragonetti. Phil did a tremendous job and my son only got 4 years and was facing 30 years. Phil was calling me in NY with any updates and kept me informed on everything to do with this case. My son has mental health issues and did something on impulse. I am more than happy with Phil's professionalism. I couldn't be more grateful for Phil. If your Leary Phil is the one person to call. I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism and integrity Mr. Dragonetti handled my unfortunate experience. The outcome was exactly as I was praying for and was resolved with a month. I couldn't have received nor expected better representation.

Christie Sullivan went above and beyond with my case in such a short period of time on my end. Very professional, courteous, and explained every step of the way as to what was needed and what was to be done. I was super excited to get the call that my case was closing due to the lack of the other parties correspondence and that the statue of limitation had been reached, causing her to win my case. I would like to hope that this entire firm is not as unprofessional as Mr. Dragonetti, but unfortunately I have had such a poor experience. Mr. Dragonetti was rude, unprofessional, and unethical during all my interactions with him. It was extremely difficult to make contact with him or his paralegal (who was also difficult to deal with) when needed unless I wrote "urgent" in the subject of the email. I was never truly represented at all and would have been much better off with a public defender. My questions never got answered, and I was given completely wrong information and misled the entire time through the last days of my case. I would strongly advise against anyone using him unless you're knowledgeable enough to represent yourself. God forbid I need anymore further assistance from a defense attorney, it will not be him.

Attorney Dragonetti violated Judicial rule 2.454 by not reporting related cases when filing for an injunction. He may loose his license over this. Very unethical and unprofessional.
