I was recently in a car accident and needed some legal guidance and knowledge regarding my rights and options. Attorney Chuck Sullivan quickly set up time to speak with me and was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He listened, asked critical questions to understand the situation and explained my options and risks clearly. In addition to his skills and knowledge, I was impressed with the sense of care he conveyed as we spoke.

My family and I have had a relationship with Attorney Chuck Sullivan and his paralegal Sheri Frogel for almost a decade, and we always will. I want to emphasize the word "relationship" because that is one thing they do extremely well. We may not speak for a year or two, yet are always greeted warmly with questions about our family. We always feel like we are their priority, even if we are only calling with a question. Make no mistake, the other thing they do really well is WIN! We have needed Mr. Sullivan's legal expertise a number of times and the outcomes, awards, and compensation have always exceeded our expectations. You have the choice to shop at a big-box attorney megastore with a huge marketing budget if you want to feel like a number and fade into obscurity–or you can call McFarland, Gould, Lyons, Sullivan & Hogan, P.A., where they will know you by name and treat your legal matters with the integrity they deserve.

We started the process of revising our 10 yr. old will about 1 year ago and for whatever reason we just had the hardest time finalizing it. Gary Lyons and Lisa were very patient with us with the occasional reminder that we needed to finish it up. We wrapped it up recently with some important and helpful guidance along the way. Great easy to work with, professional firm.

Read your contact thoroughly. If it's not in the contract, and they promise it to you -- it won't happen. The legal aide shook me down for upfront payment, so Ms. Sullivan could demand payment for a breach of contract/property theft exceeding $50k in value. After 5 months of doing nothing, she used my existing research to tell me what I already knew -- someone else had my property. Then she told me since the accused didn't respond, she's just going to drop me. Apparently lawyers with parents who are lawyers escape any level of moral accountability. Caveat emptor, victims. They'll just re-traumatize you.
