Hello- About a year ago I was arrested for DUI. At that point I started looking for legal representation. There are a lot of them out there. I narrowed it down to 2 candidates. One of them seemed kind of shady. As he explained his process to me I knew he was shady. A guy like that could make matters worse. The other candidate was Tim Sullivan. If you need representation look at his company and how it presents itself. !00% first class. They gave me factual information in a booklet. Surprisingly his price was better than the shady guy. Really it's difficult to put into words what a fantastic job he did for me. I was getting restless since the courts weren't open. Finally the courts opened after the Covid shutdown. I didn't have to do anything. They took care of it all while keeping me informed at all times. It would be impossible for me to be any more satisfied with the effort and ultimate outcome. If you need representation call Tim it's going to be your best move!

Tim Sullivan was the first lawyer to contact me after my arrest. I was easily able to schedule an immediate meeting. Even though I had done just about everything wrong during the arrest, Tim was able to get my driving privileges suitably maintained. He handled all of the court issues. I was never brought before a judge. He prepared me for each step of the process making it easy for me to pass each requirement. Tim wrote a very moving letter to the State Attorney's clarifying the circumstances of the arrest and the dubiousness of the sobriety test. Due to that letter, the state decided to reduce my DUI to reckless driving. In our first meeting, he said he wasn't a magician, but I think he might be. I am extremely grateful for his hard work on my case.
