After hiring many attorneys and a company to assist us with our loan modification was a nightmare. Attorneys promised positive outcomes and the company scammed us out of money and seriously put us in a horrible situation. We received an ad from this company, we cautiously listened to their process and what they could do for us. We agreed to hire them as a last ditch effort to assist us. I have to commend Mr. Binns and his staff as they communicated with us on a regular basis and provided guidance. My eternal thanks to Marva Hair who did the loss mitigation. She was very informative explaining ever step we had to go through and became a voice in the dark. She was devastated to tell us that the loan mitigation was declined. She went a step further and asked to have the mitigation appealed. She was as excited as we were to tell us the appeal worked and we did get a positive result.
