Very professional and knowledgeable

I had a hiccup with this company and wasn’t getting the service I felt I should. One of the attorneys called me personally to find out what I needed. He spent an adequate amount of time on the phone with me, listening patiently to make sure he could assist me. He apologized for the way that my issue was handled and went above and beyond to help me. I’m pleased with what I received, very grateful and would def recommend to someone looking for top notch service. Thank you Mr Kim, you rock!!!

I can not say enough about this office!! From day one with Shannon and then Luis Sotolongo!! They saved me and my house from being taken from me under my nose!!!
