Consulted on a aircraft insurance issue with Mr Gadd. His personable phone presence, rapid understanding of the concepts and issues at hand and genuine concern for my situation were comforting and highly educational for me. John, really took the time to discuss and understand my issues, which were complicated. It explained where I stood and what information will be needed to go forward with a possible case. I found him friendly and knowledgeable. He even contacted Dean Bernetti, to discuss my case. This was the first time a met him and was very surprised at the time he took with me and his understanding of my feelings.
