I retained Paula Roman to handle my totaled, auto accident case. I am still amazed how she handle my case. What others looked at it as impossible, Paula looked to it as possible. She worked diligently, kept in contact with updates and achieved a positive outcome. She has compassion, is ethical and is positive. I think she knows there is a higher power who stands in the gap for the righteous. I will continue to recommend her to everyone I know. This is what a client-attorney relation should be; to treat their clients with dignity as Paula treated me. The money is not her ultimate goal, attaining the best solution for her client is her goal. Paula walked me through everything, step by step. She kept me informed. She was concerned about my children and my well-being. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She even dealt with things after my case was settled. If not for Paula I would have not only not had a settlement, I would have had to paint my insurance, bc the other driver falsified information and their insurance company was not obligated to pay anything.
