I was in a collision in December at the fault of the another driver, and received a settlement check for my injuries in May--very fast and no nonsense. Mr. Lentini is very easy to talk to and explains the process thoroughly. His assistant Darlene is also great, and so are the other staff. Highly recommended and will definitely use in the future, if needed.

After a car accident in 2014, we came to Roman & Roman for a consultation. We met with Paula Roman and were extremely impressed. She is a straight forward, no nonsense kind of person. The hard work of Paula and the rest of her firm led to a happy conclusion to a very stressful situation. Paula and Crystal's diligence, perseverance and focused determination to come to the best conclusion possible for my family. The firm of Roman & Roman have wonderfully personable staff that care about each person. I never once felt like a dollar sign for them. I HIGHLY recommend this firm!

I have known Tom Roman some 11+ years both as a friend, strongman competitor and as my attorney. When choosing an attorney you need someone who is painstakingly detailed, someone who is easily accessible, someone who goes the “extra mile” and someone who can simply get the job done. Tom Roman has proven time and time again to be more than capable of handling any and all of my legal affairs. Quite simply, if there were someone better, I would find them and use them. I had a wonderful experience with Roman & Roman. Paula Roman was amazing! She was very kind and on point! She worked very diligently on my case. Anytime I would have a question she would respond very quickly, and if she didn't her paralegal did. I was very happy with the outcome of my case. I have to say......I had NO idea what I was in for when I got into my first car accident. Everyone has always pushed this negative karma on me because of my age and judged me to be like everyone else. One night, I went to rescue one of my friends at Clearwater Beach and I ended up getting rear-ended by a drunk driver that was not from this area. I was in shock and I didn't wake up with any sign of injuries until the 3rd morning in the middle of the week. I called my old coworker and she told me (with her big sister advice) that I should contact Roman and Roman Law. (Once again,) little did I know that this would be one of the best decisions that I have ever made! Michael is not only handsome (I know, that doesn't matter!)- but he is on top of his game! I was treated with utmost respect and so was my roommate (who was also involved in the auto accident in my 2001 Honda Civic). Every time we went to go travel to Clearwater all the way from New Port Richey (near Trinity), we always got good vibes. To my amazement (and Michael's), I got news on the day of my 22nd birthday that I would be winning my case.....a mere two months later! ALTHOUGH, things got dragged out because of others involved, situations all combining into one, "rare" case yet: Michael and Darlene still gave me hope! You won't find genuine people like them often. You will always hear rumors throughout your life that lawyers will "screw you over" or are "rude as hell" but none of these things are true with Roman and Roman! I tell you, no matter WHERE I move (since I am moving out of state in a few days) I would want to find them and beg them to do ALL my cases for the rest of my life! Even my parents never gave me hope that everything would be "okay" and "taken care of" growing up. So I guess you can say that this has been a true learning experience for me in countless ways. I have also relearned the value of being myself, trying to stay gracious, and having faith that your things will follow through in someone else's hands. Also, my chiropractor Dr. Carlton at West Pasco Spine and Injury is a hell of a guy! If you can't make jokes and feel comfortable with someone who has to touch your back and deal with your minor or huge injuries, then who can you trust?? I'm sorry to make this so long, but then I also want to say I could go on forever about how amazing of an experience this has been. Thank you guys so much. I can finally start my life over fresh and new and feel caught UP with everything after a series of bad luck and unfortunate events.
