We are very thankful for Daviana’s help. I must admit that her office isn’t always responsive. She canceled an appointment or two. I could’ve been facing many years, and though I’m not sure she really specialized in the type of crime I committed I think that she got the best possible outcome for me. I will hire her again if needed, but I hope that I don’t have to.

I hired Daviana after I was charged with 6 counts (2 felony, 4 misdemeanor). I would recommend her for any criminal case. Long story short she got my cases dismissed and was very aggressive in doing so. Further more, she tells me to be optimistic and I’m very BLESSED for everything she has done for me. Wow, where do I begin... It all started late 2018 I was in possibly the worst place I’ve been in my life. I was 21 years old and I ran into a heap of legal troubles. I was looking at a 2nd degree felony (fleeing & eluding). I hired an attorney and things weren’t going so well. I felt pressured into taking the states deal. One thing led to another. Here I am signing a deal for 364 days in county jail and I had no priors. Something told me that was a terrible idea. I ended up going back to the judge and withdrawing my plea. I fired the current attorney I had. Then, shortly after I met Daviana Braniff! She’s a very strong, confidently spoken, & very intelligent attorney. She knows what she’s doing to say the least. She came into my case very late due to my last minute changes but after all her hard work and super attorney skills she made it happen. I received a withhold of adjudication & probation. I will not be a convicted felon and that to me is worth more than anything. I believe she would have absolutely crushed it in trial had we went, but that’s a whole other story. At the end of the day, if you are down and out. In need of legal representation. I promise the only regret you’re going to have, is that you hadn’t called Daviana sooner!!

Daviana was very professional when handling my case. It was a semi-high profile case, but she remain confidential and professional. Daviana was very informative of everything that could happen And talked me through step-by-step the best way to handle the case! I felt so comfortable having her represent me. She was able to get all the charges against me dropped. I highly recommend her!

I hired another law firm to represent me and they wanted me to agree on 2 years of felony probation after 2 court dates. I had a bad feeling about this so I reached out to some friends and got referred to Daviana. Daviana got my case dropped to a misdemeanor and all I had to pay was $288 in court cost. I don't want to go into full detail about my case but the moment I hired her she jumped right in to get my case to a misdemeanor from a felony.
