I've gone through two rear-end collision spinal injury accidents with Matt Noyes as my lawyer, and overall I'm pleased with the services the firm provided. Unfortunately, the terrible drivers that injured me had very poor insurance and no money to speak of, so Mr. Noyes had to sue my insurance company for the Personal Injury Protection coverage that I carry myself. I recovered both times at the maximum amount. My car repairs were covered by the other drivers' insurance, and it was easy to set up and get a rental car paid for. The lawyer's assistant Christina also worked tirelessly with my injury center (chiropractic and medical), MRI company, and other medical providers to negotiate fees down SUBSTANTIALLY. This last time I got almost half my P.I.P. money in cash after everyone got paid. The services Mr. Noyes and the staff at PCA&N made two painful situations much less painful by guiding me through the process professionally, and you can always call with questions or concerns. Also, they don't spend $$$ on TV ads and billboards, so word-of-mouth is how they do business, which is nice. They're my go-to injury legal firm; now I just wish I had been hit by Hulk Hogan or John Travolta, whom I see around town sometimes.

Matthew Noyes and Allyson Hazzard helped me tremendously with my disability case. I had a consultation with Mattthew at the very beginning and described my situation and he said he could help me. I asked if he thought I could get benefits, and he said that he does not work for free. This gave me the confidence that they could handle this for me. Most other firms would only help me once I applied on my own and got declined benefits. Matthew Noyes and his firm took on my case so I could concentrate on trying to get my life back to normal as much as possible. Allyson Hazzard, who is Matthew's assistant was instrumental in handling all the red tape needed to get this going. There was a lot of things that I would have never thought of to submit to Social Security, but Allyson was right by my side to help with all of it, start to finish. She is so professional and courteous. I was never a bother (even though I thought I was bugging her too much) she answered all my questions whenever they arose and found out things for me in a timely manner.
