The team at Merideth Nagel processed the closing for our home. They were very nice and made the process very quick and easy! Great customer service! They even sent us home with a thoughtful gift bag.

Tried to contact the office twice through their website last week and got no reply. So I called, after hours, to leave a voice mail and their message said they were closed to observe Presidents Day. They haven't changed their message for 4 months? That is not the kind of attention to detail I would expect from an attorneys office. I did not get a call back, called again today and finally got an answer from a woman who seemed irritated I called and sighed a couple times like she had something better to do. I left my info but needless to say I will not be using this firm if this is an indication of how they operate.
