As the President of a service business, I found it necessary to file a lawsuit against a Homeowners Association for breach of contract about 4 years ago. (Sunbrite Property Services, Inc. VS Westridge HOA) I hired Edward Jordan because he was recommended to me from a friend. After Mr. Jordan reviewed our case, he advised us that we had a very good chance of being successful and he explained why he felt we had a good chance without making any unrealistic promises. Mr. Jordan and his staff always kept us informed and made sure we understood everything. It was a long fight but after the trial, the Judge found our contract was breached without just cause and we were awarded our cancellation fee and all legal and attorney cost. The HOA ended up paying us everything that was awarded to us. I have since used Edward Jordan for our personal wills and a few other legal matters. Edward always takes the time to explained everything clearly to me and my family and is always available when we need legal advise. I would certainly recommend Edward Jordan to anyone or any business seeking a knowledgeable Attorney who can actually get things done!
