“Paid him $100, didn't give me the time of day to tell him the details of my ticket because I was ticketed for doing 50 in a 35 when the actual speed limit was 40, and apparently was in the court room for my case for one minute exactly. Did absolutely nothing and I still get to pay the $256.”
