When Dan says free consultation, he means it. I called Dan to inquire into a family matter and over the course of a week we shared many phone calls. He was so helpful that I even offered to pay him for his time. He said no of course! I definitely recommend Dan to anyone looking for a family attorney.

I was arrested and accused of DUI because I failed the field sobriety test. I pled non guilty because I passed the breathalyzer and the urine tests. Attorney Archer proved there were mitigating circumstances why I failed the field sobriety test and the jury found me not guilty. Very grateful for his dedication and competence.

I realize my Review Title may elicit skepticism for some, but, it is entirely true. I was in the most dire need of an attorney to represent me in a sensitive dependency/relinquishment of parental rights matter. It was the most difficult decision I've had to make in my 58 years. It has taken me some weeks to write this review as going through the process of relinquishment of parental rights is like the death of a child, if not worse. Dan Archer represented me in a difficult case and protected me, my reputation and my other minor child. I cannot adequately describe in words, the relief I had knowing Mr Archer was handling my case. Sadly, in this world, a little trust at a time when you are vulnerable and exhausted, can be sorely disappointing, disheartening and devastating. Mr Archer demonstrated empathy, kindness and in his words "did the right thing." I'm forever grateful. The impact of his actions will never fade. He restored our lives.

I recently had the misfortune of having untrue altercations said about myself,I contacted a few lawyers,most outrageous in price ,some too busy to talk with me,Dan spoke with me understood my position and agreed to help ,his office was very helpful ,especially Nicole .He contacted me personally when needed and was direct and to the point . He was able to even make a house call when He was in my end of town.
