I am very happy and impressed that I have met Mr. Archer. His knowledge and suggestions with how to proceed with my case put me at ease. We are currently in proceedings of grandparent adoption due to my daughter recently deceased. I am very confident and have the utmost respect for him and his very knowledgeable team! He was recommended to me by my niece and I recommend him!

Dan (and Danielle) both did a wonderful job in getting me 50/50 custody of my son and reducing my Child Support payments according to Florida Statues. Dan and Danielle also assisted me with the adoption of my daughter and I cannot give them enough praise for the wonderful manner in which they handled both my cases. I can honestly say that Dan and his entire staff are nothing but professional, are easy to deal with, make you feel comfortable and walk you through each stage of the process. There was never a time during the entire process that I ever felt that Dan or Danielle were not looking out for my best interest, the interest of my son and the interest of my family. Dan went out of his way to make sure I was always aware of what was going on and what would transpire. There are not enough words to adequately thank him for what he has done for my family. It is true, that he and Danielle and their entire legal staff make you feel like you are part of their family. Again, Dan and Danielle, I cannot thank you enough for your support.

He's the beast in court. The best of the best. If he offer you something he would get it for you. Hired him for a petite theft case when I was an absconder from other state and he keep me out of jail, in home with a house arrest but home with my love ones. In 2011 I chose Dan Archer to represent me in a custody type matter. Dan was very understanding of my very fragile situation. Dan informed me in the very beginning of my consultation that he would do his very best to help me and he did exactly that. Dan informed me everytime something new arose. Just as any business your name is your bond... Dan chose to discontinue my case for the best interest of his business, at first like any consumer I was a little upset but after some very life changing events I realized that Dan Archer is an average human just like myself and he is an attorney but he's not God. He couldn't go back and repair a mistake that I made and correct something that was unrepairable. I had to realize that was my fault not Dan Archer the man whom stood up for me and did everything he could to help me. Looking back I can see that God didn't allow Dan Archer to help me with my situation because I still had a lesson that needed to be learned. Just recently I was browsing facebook and noticed Dan had a Facebook page,I sent a friend request. A day or two later I receive an acceptance and a message from Dan. The message said what is your address. My immediate response was " Why would this attorney need my address?" Then I received a phone call, it was Dan Archer. He called to let me know he had been looking for me for over 3 years as he had money that belonged to me. The money was funds left over from the case I had with him in 2011. I was so shocked... What attorney do you know that would search for someone for over 3 years, hold the money they owe you for that period of time, and make it a point to return the money to you years later? Dan Archer is that attorney, he kept the money left in the trust acct for my case for over 3 years and as soon as he located me he sent it to me immediately!! Thank you Dan for the great service you provided me as well as my family.

All I can say is I would not have anyone else represent me--ever. It is foolish to underestimate Dan Archer. He looks like a biker--but is the most gentle caring soul I have met. But watch out if he messes with you. I saw that as he defended me. Use this guy if you want action--or as the Bible says: Faith with Works!!

I have been through an emotional roller coaster for the past 18 months related to three legal issues. Through it all, I felt like Mr. Archer was professional and very knowledgeable about the law. The matter came to a close last week and I am pleased with the way things turned out, exactly as Mr. Archer had advised me they would. In addition, I believe his fees were reasonable for the representation I received - at no time did I think I was being over charged for services.
