I struggled with the Social Security administration (SSA), regarding my benefits, for several years. The SSA was asking me to repay them $15,000. I sought counsel from Attorney Jacobson. He first represented my in 1985 for the purchase of my first home. He the drew up my Will, Living Trust and Power of Attorney when I got cancer. WHEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY DENIED MY DISABILITY WHILE I WAS RETIRED WITH CANCER FOR 9 YEARS HE GOT THEM TO PAY ME THE ENTIRE TERMS OF THE POLICY!! He later represented me on sale of my home and purchase of our next home. When the home next us was going to be turned into a nursing home he advised and represented the neighborhood. When our child was threatened, he represented us and found us the help we needed. When I was assaulted he sat next me in the police station while I was scared out of my whit's as the assailant blamed me. This attorney is very knowledgeable. He gave me both sides of my legal problem and some great advice and representation. He is very professional and experienced. He was terrific in the courtroom.
