Outstanding and personable attorney

I had to go through a divorce that took over three years. It was the most stressful time of my life. Harley was with me from start to finish and made sure I got what I was entitled to and protected me as a person in court, he got an unfair judge taken off the case, and stood for what was right and went above and beyond.I highly recommend Mr. gutin!!

My husband and I contacted Mr. Gutin after his ex filed for an injunction on behalf of their son. Mr. Gutin was very reassuring. The mother also tried getting their son to testify. Mr. Gutin also knew by this time, the mother had already coached the child. He used an actual piece of her old testimony to prove that the child was not fit to testify. It is truly sad to know that a mother is willing to put her son through all of this drama. Mr. Gutin is a wonderful attorney and he will be helping us on our next venture since the mom refused to give the child back after the injunction was dismissed.

I’m sure Mr. Gutin is a great attorney for other cases. But bullying my Autistic son while on the witness stand was uncalled for, my son has an IEP through brevard county school. My son has been through enough then you had to throw that jab at him, really, really sad if you ask me.

When you hire a lawyer you have expectations of the level of service they will provide. If you want a lawyer who will speak up and address things he is not the lawyer for you. I've dealt with Harley many times over the course of 20years on different legal aspects. In every instance he has been less than professional in how he handles things. From taking retainer fees and not giving them back when services weren't needed, to not speaking up in court and then not being man enough to take a phone call about his poor performance. We've now filed complaints against him for being incompetent counsel. The worst part is he wants to act like he's doing you a favor when in fact he's not doing his job, that he got paid to do.

Both lawyers are very competent and there when needed. They even called me back on a Sunday night! I feel fortunate to have them on my side. Great atmosphere at the office and Jeannie is very helpful. Thank you.
